| Commercial Appraiser Miller Cicero Doubles Projections in First Year |

Completing its first year, commercial real estate appraiser Miller Cicero is doing twice as much business as originally projected, reports John Cicero, a managing principal of the firm.
In an effort to expand its presence, Miller Cicero, together with affiliate company Miller Samuel, a residential appraisal specialist, recently moved into much larger office space at 21 West 38th Street.
Mr. Miller, managing principal and author of the quarterly Douglas Elliman Manhattan Market Report, and a partner in Miller Cicero adds, “We are committed to growing Miller Cicero, and if our first year’s efforts are any indication, we are off to a very strong start.”
