Steve ManheimerMr. Manheimer has eight years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Miller Cicero, LLC, he was employed as an associate in the New York City office of a national appraisal firm. He has extensive experience appraising commercial property throughout the New York City metropolitan area and the northeastern United States. He is proficient in Argus and Dyna.Mr. Manheimer has an extensive background in real estate market research. As a Senior Research Associate at RE/Locate (Realty Information Tracking Services), he oversaw the division responsible for maintaining a database of companies located throughout the New York City metropolitan area. These market research skills have proven to be invaluable in his appraisal career.
