Marilyn WhippleMarilyn Whipple has been engaged in the appraisal of commercial real estate since 1999. Prior to joining Miller Cicero, LLC, Marilyn was an appraiser within the Dispute Analysis and Litigation group in the Manhattan office of a national appraisal firm. She has been engaged in a wide variety of appraisal assignments involving most property types, including apartment buildings, office buildings, retail, warehouse and vacant land. Her reports have been used for government, corporate and institutional clients for use in mortgage financing decisions and matters relating to bankruptcies, tax appeals and other forms of litigation. Marilyn received a BA in Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from San Francisco State University). She has an Advanced Professional Certificate in Real Estate from New York University, and is currently working towards her MAI designation.e-mail Marilyn |
